I like cooking Italian and Tex-Mex (which is a blend of Texas and Northern Mexico). Some consider Taco Bell to be an example of Tex-Mex. I particularly enjoy making pesto and something called pastamama. What are some of your favorite Italian foods to fix?

Yes, a lot busy theses days, barely have any time to be here, and to be honest it's my first time in a forum, so I sometimes forget to login and check out the latest
