WHEREAS, wargaming once played a vital role in Talossan culture but does not seem to anymore AND

WHEREAS, it behooves us to keep up with the times

THEREFOR, El Lexhat 2.7.1. which reads

Is hereby repealed and the post of Xhumestreu Naziunál abolished.

I think a National Gamesmaster is a "nice-to-have" rather than something that should be a legislative necessity, and I thank the Culture Minister for this. Of course a future Government can appoint one as an executive action if they choose.

Who actually plays wargames here, anyway?

I do, if Arma 3 counts (and I'd think it would).

It does make sense to me to make that role a PermSec, though.
