It is with deepest condolences and solidarity with the People of Norway that We issue this Royal Proclamation Honoring the life of His Late Majesty King Harald V and welcome His Majesty King Haakon VIII as he ascends at this sad time for Norway.

Today Talossa stands with our friends in Norway as they navigate this challenging time, knowing they will rise to their full greatness and with time embrace the new reality of their ancient Kingdom.
