Sir Lüc

Azul. In my capacity as Cunstavál of Atatürk, I would like to once again attempt to kickstart the House of Commons into activity.

This time, there really is no way for Atatürk to simply postpone the issue to the next term, as the Constitution specifically sets the size of the House to one-tenth of the Cosă, meaning that, unless the provision is amended, the next House would have just two seats. As I said before, the Constitution itself greatly ties my hands, meaning I can be of very limited assistance unless parties can finally seat a majority of the House with good-willing members; however, there are some tools (e.g. OrgLaw VII.3.15) I am exploring using to try and avert that upcoming disaster.

Now, to the usual part. The House of Commons will have 20 seats, pursuant to Article II.1 of the Constitution of Atatürk. The most recent election resulted in 5 votes being cast for the Progressive Alliance and 4 for the URL, with one left blank (but not marked PRESENT) and 6 explicitly marked PRESENT.

This therefore translates into an allocation of:

- 11 seats for the Progressive Alliance @Baron Alexandreu Davinescu
- 9 for the URL @Mic'haglh Autófil, O.Be / @Miestră Schivă, UrN-GC

Please assign the seats as required by Article II.2 (to adult Atatürkeys, without a Talossan criminal record, and who have voted in the most recent General Election). As a personal plea, please keep in mind the risk of the House of Commons shrinking to two seats if action is not taken during this term. Thank you.
