Strike outs

I am hoping the answer is zero but I wanted to check. @Sir Lüc Did we lose any citizens to strikeouts after the last election? I figured it was something that needed to wait until after certification.

We did lose three or four iirc (fewer than the usual 8-10 in recent years, fwiw), but certification dragged on for so long that I forgot to make the post. Will do so now.
