[CULTURE] Request for appointment of a Permanent Secretary

Under El Lexhatx C.1.1, the Minister of Culture hereby requests that His Majesty @King Txec create an Office of the Symbols of Nationhood within the Ministry of Culture.

The duties of this office will be to create graphic designs and templates for Talossan adherence to international standards and practices, and (where appropriate) to offer those designs to the Directorate of STUFF to be transformed into tangible artefacts.

Furthermore, the Minister of Culture requests that @Barclamïu da Miéletz be appointed as Permanent Secretary to this office.

I am honoured to be PermSec of the Office of the Symbols of Nationhood. This did boost my motivation to make more concepts as well as refresh my current road signs concept among other things.

I would like to thank the Minister of Culture @Miestră Schivă, UrN-GC for requesting the office to be created and His Majesty @King Txec for appointing me as the PermSec.
