Now imagine having that same job, but you could never leave. Your home was at the job site. You can never complain. You can never quit. You can never "go home" because the nightmare is home," and

Whereas, according to the Global Slavery Index there are more than 50 million human beings in modern enslavement, and

Whereas, slavery is one of the most grotesque attacks on the dignity of individual human beings and humanity as a whole, and

Whereas, Talossa is composed of people descended from human beings who were enslaved, and

Whereas, freedom being a deeply Talossan value leads our people to call for the freedom of all peoples.

Therefore, be it the Sense of the Ziu of the Kingdom of Talossa, to denounce the continued practice of slavery and to call for all necessary measures to ensure its end.
