Okay, updated the PSDs.  I actually redid all the text layers with a more modern look, with a different monospace for name and ID number and updated SoS name.  Funny to think that I made the originals something like a decade ago!  Saved them as XCF.

I do. It was shared with the Archivist so that he could go over the file and assess the privacy of its contents and it if could be shared in its raw form.

Unsure if useful, but in Spanish that'd be "aquí abajo", which is not common in legalese. What's used, instead, is "debajo", an adverbial combination of de- + bajo ("de-" is not a preposition but a prefix: https://dle.rae.es/de-). Perhaps there's a similar combination in Talossan.
