Lex.F.30 states in full:

QuoteThe official system of weights and measures within the Kingdom of Talossa is the Metric System.

What unit of measurement does Talossa use? Do we have foot fetish or use something that actually makes sense? (Funny ft and m reference)

Non-Maricopan here, pardon the intrusion:

Are they set to private wherever you have them? You could always try attaching them as well.

Quote from: codename_chels on May 06, 2024, 12:04:03 AMSorry, I need to consider my word diction more and I understand more clearly now. I was thinking, even the ones in the Ziu would need worker protections. What about ensuring that there's no workplace bullying, etc? But, I'm also guessing that everything written in the forum and in the nation is incredibly civil?

At a bare minimum, we do have what we call "Wittiquette", which like any set of online forum rules governs how we try to interact with each other here.

I really need your opinion on that; I want to make a proposal to make the anthem official.

Quote from: Barclamïu da Miéletz on May 05, 2024, 02:04:31 PM@þerxh Sant-Enogat what if we made the anthem trilingual? Someone would have to translate the lyrics to Talossan and French though.
French I can surely
Are you willing to do that?

Quote from: codename_chels on May 05, 2024, 11:36:00 PMI'm wondering if there's a labor union of some sort? If people are given roles in this world, are there worker's rights and protections?

I think I'd better start by correcting a possible misconception. This isn't a "world", this isn't an RPG; it's a real community of people which just so happens to organise itself in the form of a small kingdom in North America.

Secondly: there was a Talossan Workers' Party at one point with the mission you describe, but it was kind of ephemeral.

Thirdly: there is only one "employer" of any size, that being the Royal Civil Service (every other activity would best be described as "self-employed"), and honestly I think if you want to be a labor organiser you should talk to royal civil servants about what their needs are.
