In general, I like the idea... both as a Premier and a Maricopan. But I would like all Provincial citizens to chime in on this before a decision is made.

That may be, but in our little country... why can't those that take the time to qualify for and join the nation's most learned society not be entitled to recognition? Maybe add the requirement for membership of at least a year as well.
