There is a bigger question, which relates to political sensitivity. In other countries, Cabinet papers are released at a longer time frame so they can no longer be put to political use. Five years is not long enough to render documents of historical rather than political interest. If enacted, this would end up looking like the current US House of Representatives going on a rampage about the previous majority's "weaponisation".

Would 10 years be a more acceptable time period? I started there but thought 5 years might be long enough in Talossan political time periods.

Now that the supplemental has been answered and with your permission I wanted to share a successful example of what increasing the Kingdom's social media use might mean. More citizens. Greater awareness of the Kingdom.
Below is a screenshot from today (13/3/23) of a person responding with "How do I become Talossan?" to an Instagram post concerning the Culture Ministry.

We have also seen an increase in followers on Twitter and Instagram since we started a sustained campaign of using social media to educate non-Talossans about the Kingdom.

I think that is a great idea on both counts. I think, as currently phrased, this includes only Wittenberg and the Talossa.com websites but if previous governments who used Facebook, for example, are interested in jump-starting this effort that would be amazing.

I agree with the Baron's earlier summary of the bill's intent (to include our Government as the first covered under the scheme) but have edited the language in recognition of Uc and Tric'hard's concern.

Hmm, my state went to Vuode, with which we have no connection. I'm in Maricopa and Bråneu is in Fiova, even though we're both from the same city. If anything, the Northern states should go to Maricopa and the Southern states to Vuode.

Also, the Distrito Federal does not exist anymore, it's Ciudad de México (Mexico City).

This was an attempt to address Vuode's underpopulation.
I have corrected the Distrito Federal reference.
I can switch the catchment breakdown if that makes more sense. @Bråneu Excelsio what do you think?

I have removed the Pengopats section as you made a good point on the need for other changes to implement it.

My point has been the time consuming part of this is not the part where the Minister types a report, it's the part where they do the review, which must be done whether or not a report is issued. Sorry that I did not make this distinction clear.

I think I need to clarify too. I hope I just proved it with removing the Pengopats section based on your point. But this proposal is intended as a potential starting point but not the end-point. The only reform I feel strongly about is spelling out each country rather than using potentially ambiguous general descriptors as we have in the current statutes.

If the regular review section is an objection which prevents you from supporting the reform effort then I am happy to remove it.
