Oliphant here is referencing the ESB affair, an incident where a citizen created dozens of fake people and had them apply for citizenship, vote in elections, serve in the Cosa, and obtain arms.

With the Scribe's blessing, one thing I'd like to do first is a little wiki-editing, actually. The articles related to the Organic Law are rather jumbled at the moment, and in some cases links point to the 1997 OrgLaw, when in reality it would be more sensible to have them redirect to the current version.

I would think that's acceptable, since the odds of a Cabinet reshuffle around that time would be pretty high anyway. The various Civil Service offices would be more than capable of clicking along until a new Cosa is inaugurated, at which point there would be a regular Seneschal election.

What if we put the Tuischac'h as second in the "Seneschal line of succession"? The Cosa elects a Tuischac'h by majority, so if something happens to both Seneschal and Distain, the Tuischac'h takes over as Seneschal and the Cosa elects another Speaker in their place.

I think a videoconference-party is in order.  Reunision took place 20 April 2012.  I am free that evening and can put the Zoom call together. 

If the 'cool kids' are using a different videoconferencing system, I can work with that, too.

April 20th is a Wednesday. Would it perhaps make more sense to do it on a Friday or Saturday?

(If we do hold it to the 20th, I will likely be unable to participate, as April 20 is D:na Autófil's birthday.)
