6th Clark, 57th Cosa - Live Session

The Talossan Cosa held its first live session (Living Cosa) in decades this morning (20 November 2022). With approval from the Cosa, Fora Talossa is delighted to share the session recording.

Faces.  Voices.   This is Talossa, and a Living Cosâ should be held at least once every term.

I would like to say how impressed I was by the Living Cosa. It was run efficiently and held in an extremely civil manner which we all know is not always the case LOL I sincerely wish I could have attended but due to unforeseen circumstances with my mother-in-law passing away and my psychotic sister-in-law being in town (did I say that out loud?) I was unable to be present. I hope that the Living Cosa may perhaps become at least an annual event as it puts forth the simple fact that there is a living person behind the names we see on the screen and hopefully that leads to all of us realizing that words can hurt, that discussion and debate can be put forth in a civil and polite manner and that we can at times agree to disagree but still remain respectful and even become friends. One last thing I wish to say, after watching this event I am so impressed with those who were in attendance, the ability to speak clearly and put forth that which they wish to say in a clear and concise manner, the obvious level of intelligence among this group of people leaves me truly humbled to be among you as a member of the Cosa. I hope you all keep up the good work. Thank you.

Hear hear, Tric'hard. May this sentiment find firm application during the coming election season.

The Sixth Clark Living Cosa made a non-binding recommendation that the First Clark of the next Cosa also be a Living Cosa, combined with a live Speech from the Throne.

GV would also be pleased to note that MPF, the Senator from Atatürk, also attended the last Living Cosa in 2003 (by phone, in his capacity as then-Secretary of State). So there's a connection of living history.

Yes, he did!  Thanks for that, Miestrâ...  It was quite a day.
