Everyone gave points to Africa, one of only three songs to achieve this, but it landed ouside of the top 10 because the majority of those votes was bottom-3 and there were no top 3 places.

Opinions differed on this one, with only three votes, but all of those in the top 5 including one first place. A good 2/3rd round performance means it wins the tiebreaker and makes it to the top 10, its highest position yet.
