I assume the first thing I'll do after the Secretary of State makes this election official (assuming this is still in the rulebooks, I'd have to doublecheck) is to try and establish some sort of Code of Conduct or Standing Orders for the Cosă; for example there appears to be no way for MCs to raise points of order as of now, and there are no regular Terpelaziun sessions either, and I'd like to see both of these issues fixed. I don't know who would even be in charge of establishing Standing Orders nowadays since I believe the corresponding Council was abolished a while ago...

If I understand Lexh H 21 correctly, there are no separate nomination and election phases when it comes to picking the Túischac'h. If members of the Cosă representing at least 101 of the seats countersign a given nomination, the candidate is chosen. If I counted it correctly, my nomination is currently at 84 seats.

This doesnt seem to be going anywhere. I hereby countersign my own nomination.

The translations are accurate, but in all honesty, I'm not sure what this would accomplish. We've been using Talossan terms for a great deal of things for years (Cosă, Senäts, Ziu, Seneschal, per, non, austanéu...) and nothing much has come of it (I bet most Talossan dont know how these words are even pronounced),

I checked the case again, and ESB got 8 months for each count of violating the Anti-Impostor and Liar Act, and an additional 3 months for each count of violating Wis. Stat. § 947.0125. The way I understand it, a flat maximum of 5 years civil disability wouldnt have affected the sentencing since each individual punishment is well below it, and to be honest I think People v. ESB was somewhat of a special case.

EDIT:
My idea for maximum punishments would be something like this:
Felony -- 5 years of civil disability and/or ℓ500 ($750)
Severe misdemeanour -- 1 year of civil disability and/or ℓ100 ($150)
Misdemeanour -- 6 months of civil disability and/or ℓ50 ($75)
