If the former king Robert wished to re-immigrate, I'm sure he would face similarly steep opposition to the last time he attempted it. While the majority of current citizens have had no interaction with him and have only read about him, and while it was amazing what he did accomplish, many questions would still be raised.

Also remember, I have great confidence in our system of government and, as Sovereign, you can rest assured that I will do everything in my power to prevent damage to that system. Talossan's are a quirky people and we have lots of quirky ideas, including the very notion that we can create and participate in our crazy little kingdom.

Can someone please explain to me how this works. I don't see how this reduces the size of the Cosa, so maybe I'm reading it incorrectly.

The former king is a historical figure but he doesn't occupy the mind of many if any citizens. Talossans are a remarkably forward-looking people.

Also, no need to apologize to me. I wasn't offended, but I do have the right as Sovereign to advise the Cosa.

I don't believe that former King John granted former King Robert any titles, so there is no King Emeritus in Talossa.

Also, I don't possess the power to restore the citizenship of anyone, that would require an Act of the Ziu, of which this really isn't one the way it is written.

Finally, there are a lot of strong feelings from those who knew the former king. This bill might not achieve what you are looking to do.

Pardon my intrusion Baron into your party forum. As I was watching the election unfold it was apparent that some voters who voted on Witt copy/pasted and might have spoiled at least a portion of their ballots. I wonder if in the future we could work with Sir Luc on some way to avoid this while still making sure anyone who wishes can vote publicly on Witt. I'd hate for voters to be disenfranchised. I'm not sure how this could be worked out, but we have time until the next GE. What do you think?

The Queen and I extend our heartfelt best wishes today as we celebrate Thanksgiving. While this particular holiday is American, I believe we can all find thanks to be shared.
