I believe the concern is that some "micronations" like Slowjamastan, Sealand and Asgardia is that Talossa does not sell its citizenship, and it's right there in the oath "the best thing money can't buy." I'd be wary of subscription based stuff and prefer voluntary contributions (some kind of recognition would be nice though).

Els Zuavs is a cultural organization, working to defend the throne and the country by creating, propagating, and promoting all work of a Talossan nature.  Anyone is welcome to enlist, but advancement must be earned.  Seniority is irrelevant, potential is irrelevant, and politics is irrelevant.  Instead, the guiding principle for promotion within the Zuavs is accomplishment.  The only way to be promoted within the ranks is through actual achievement.

When you see someone with a rank in the Zuavs, then you will know that they earned it.

This thread will contain all announcements for the Zuavs, including any policy changes and all promotions.  You may also post here if you wish to enlist or if you have a question or comment about something.
