It has not -- I have alerted the Minister that it needs some modification first.  Per Lexh.C.1.2.2.5.2, we cannot be communicating anything about the FDT convention.  I apologize for not catching this before publication during the review period.

I intended to forward it to the Chancery this morning for mail out. Considering that there always seems to be small edits needed, I decided to wait and make sure it passed muster before having it forwarded to the entire Kingdom.
